Accentuate! Global Community — Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 26, 2026

Accentuate! LLC values your privacy and the trust you place in us.

What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, and any optional information you share about your roots, interests, connection to the community, and how you found us. We use your responses to understand our community and help shape our content and activities. Please do not include sensitive personal information in comments.

How your information is handled
Form submissions are processed and stored through Squarespace. Submission notifications are also delivered to our business email through Google Workspace. These providers process information to support those services. We will not publish your individual responses or identify you in community content.

Email updates are optional
Joining the community does not require an email subscription. We will send Accentuate! news and updates only if you opt in. You may withdraw your permission at any time by emailing communityvoices@accentuate-inc.com.

How long we keep your responses
We retain community form responses for three months after submission, then delete them from our active Squarespace submission records and business email.

If you opt in to receive Accentuate! news and updates, we keep your name, email address, and record of consent separately for that purpose until you unsubscribe or we discontinue those communications.

Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your community information by contacting communityvoices@accentuate-inc.com.

Scope of this notice
This notice covers the Accentuate! Global Community signup form.

It also covers our Contact form: we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, and the same handling, three-month retention, and privacy choices described above apply.

It does not cover information collected through purchases, appointments, payments, or website analytics.
